How do you use a twin needle for sewing leather?

Where can you find twin needles made to use on leather for top-stitching? What sizes do they come in? I’m looking for about 2mm width.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a twin needle with leather (cutting) points. Schmetz’s online catalog seems to agree:
